My, What big Calves you have!

This explains it. I was designed to be a superhero!  All these guys have big ole honking calves!

Did measurements today and here are the results for the first 3 weeks of the year:

Neck = no change
Rt. Bicep = -0.25"
Chest = -1.0"
Waist = -0.5" (I was down 1.5 last week. Hmmmm.....)
Hips = -0.5"
Rt. Thigh = +0.5"
Calves = no change
Breakfast @ 7:00 (I took a picture! No idea what happened to it?!)

1 whole poached egg
2 slices bacon
1/3 avocado

Snack @ 11:00

15 almonds
30 g protein shake
Lunch @ 1:45

2 C salad mix
1/2 c quinoa
4 oz ground turkey breast
1/3 avocado
1/8 c black beans
drizzle balsamic
Took a run shortly after. Pleased to see my best mile (by :40) since last April. Improvement!! Only 3:26 left. ;) Total run was 1.35miles

Snack @ 5:00

15 almonds
35 g protein shake

4 oz shredded chicken
1/3 avocado
1/8 c black beans
steamed veggies
